Thank you for presenting at our virtual conference. To help your presentation run smoothly and look its best for all attendees, please review the information below before uploading your file.
What to Upload
Your presentation slides

PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF format

Please upload the final version you want shown

Make sure all slides are in the correct order
If your presentation includes audio or video

Upload a single MP4 video file if possible

Please confirm the audio is clear and easy to hear
Helpful Tips
Use large, clear text

Slides should be easy to read on a computer or tablet

Avoid very small text or light colors on light backgrounds
Keep fonts and images simple

Use common fonts such as Arial or Calibri

Make sure images, charts, and videos display correctly
Check your file before uploading

Open the file once more to confirm everything looks and sounds right

If possible, test it on another computer
One submission per presentation

Please combine all slides, audio, and video into the submission whenever possible

This helps prevent missing content during the conference
File Naming
Please name your file using your last name and presentation title.
Example: Smith_HealthyAgingPresentation.pptx
Important Reminders

All files must be uploaded by April 2, 2026 @ 11:59 PM

Late submissions or changes may not be accepted

Clear slides and audio help make the conference accessible to everyone

Please take a moment to confirm:

☐ Audio and video (if included) play correctly
☐ All content is in one submission
☐ The file is named with my last name and presentation title
