Touch For Health (TFH) and the field of Kinesiology use muscle testing as a way to access our deep intuition, the part of us that knows more than the conscious mind. Dr. George Goodheart, founder of Applied Kinesiology (and the whole field of kinesiology) use to say, "The body knows everything about the body, and we can access that knowledge through muscle testing.
With TFH we can teach people how to care for themselves, heal themselves and their families, friends and even clients. And when people need more in-depth work, there are people like myself with years of training in more advanced programs using kinesiology.
I love that TFH is empowering to everyone, that anyone can learn to balance the body's energy systems and acupuncture meridian system. This energy balancing has far reaching effects physically, neurologically, emotionally and mentally.
