I love the TFH philosophy of empowering people with self help techniques that they can use for both themselves, their family and friends. My role is to assist people, whether in a teaching or in a one on one client situation, to develop towards their highest potential on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Creating a loving, accepting and happy environment where people can grow and flourish while learning and experiencing change is what I try to provide.
