To keep the integrity of our memberships, we ask all new members to verify their credentials by
uploading a copy of their most current IKC certificate matching the membership level they have chosen.
This helps us ensure that every instructor listed in our community is trained and certified.
This is the last step in your registration process.
Once your certificate is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with your official membership certificate, letting you know your membership is complete.
Quick Phone Access
In your welcome email, you will find a link to this page and your login and password. Open that email on your phone, tap the link, and you can upload your certificate right from your phone.
Before you start

If your certificate is only on paper, take a clear picture or scan it so it is saved as a file on your
computer, tablet, or phone. -
Common file types: JPG, PNG, or PDF.

If you are not sure where your file is saved, look in your Downloads, Documents, or Photos
folder. -
If you are using a phone or tablet, the upload button will let you take a photo directly if you do
not already have one saved.
How to Upload Your Certificate (s)

Find Your Certificate

Make sure your certificate is saved on your device. If it’s on paper, take a clear photo or scan it
first. -
Select the “Upload File” Button

Select Your Certificate File
When the box opens, go to where your certificate is saved on your device. Click on the file then
click Open or Choose. Up to 2 certificates may be uploaded. -
Check For Attached File
You should now see the file name below the “Upload file” button. This means it’s ready to send. -
Finish the Form and Submit
Ensure you have filled in all form fields, then click Submit. Wait for the confirmation message
before closing the page.
