Touch for Health® Instructor Training

Prerequisites:
TFH – Level 1-4
Proficiency Workshop & Assessment

NCBTMB and the *CA BRN – 50 Credit Hours

Course Description:

This course prepares you to become a Touch for Health Instructor by fine-tuning your TFH techniques and training you in presentation skills, marketing strategies, teaching tips and logistics. You will review all aspects of your Touch for Health training and learn new skills for teaching and presenting Touch for Health.

  • On successful completion of this course you will be certified by the International Kinesiology College (IKC) to teach Touch for Health courses.
  • Upon becoming a Professional Instructor member of the Touch for Health Kinesiology Association (TFHKA) and remaining current, you will be able to award IKC credits, and TFHKA sponsored CE credits to your students, who attend TFH workshops that you teach.

As an IKC-Certified Touch for Health Instructor, in addition to TFH Level 1-4 there are additional classes/workshops you may be eligible to teach. Please visit the USA IKC website at www.ikcfaculty.us or the IKC Global website, or check directly with the provider of your TFH Instructor Training Workshop to get more details about these additional workshops and how to become eligible to teach them. (Some require additional training)

Touch for Health® Consultant Training

Prerequisites:
TFH – Level 1-4

TFH Instructor Training Workshop

Course Description:

In addition to the requirements to become a TFH Instructor, a Touch for Health Consultant is an individual who has received additional training to deliver private sessions to the public using Touch for Health techniques following the self-responsibility and educational model.

If you have completed the prerequisites and are interested in becoming a TFH Consultant, please check with your TFH Instructor Training Provider to learn more about the requirements to complete TFH Consultant Training.

What’s the difference between being a TFH Instructor and a TFH Instructor/Consultant?

  • A TFH Instructor can Teach Touch for Health Levels 1-4.
  • A Consultant can see clients on an individual basis and get paid for doing TFH balances.
  • An Instructor/Consultant can do BOTH.

*Not all states accept CA BRN credits.
